Information only; no online alcohol sales
The Site presents information about Stone Groove Spirits, our products, and where they may be available. It is not an online store, and displaying a product does not constitute an offer to sell or ship alcohol. Product specifications, descriptions, availability, and other information may change without notice. Any alcohol sale or distribution must take place through appropriately licensed parties and comply with applicable laws.
Trade and partnership inquiries
Our Trade & Partnerships form is for initial business communications only. Submitting an inquiry does not create a distribution arrangement, partnership, exclusivity commitment, purchase agreement, or other business relationship, and does not obligate either party to proceed. Please do not submit trade secrets, confidential business proposals, or sensitive information through the form unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is already in place. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Our content and intellectual property
The names Stone Groove, Musically Mastered™, and The Spirit of Music™, together with the Site’s text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other content, are owned by Stone Groove or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s prior written permission, you may not copy, publish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit its content or use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, submit spam or unlawful content through our forms, or use automated means to extract Site content in a manner that violates applicable law or others’ rights.
Third-party websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, social platforms, or other services. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse or control the linked website.
